10 Brands Delivering Standout Customer Experiences in Belgium

Tag: CX Around the World
Belgium is a multilingual, highly competitive market in which relevance is rarely achieved through a one-size-fits-all approach. Customers expect useful service, consistency across channels and a brand promise that feels credible in everyday interactions. Current Belgian research also underlines the importance of emotional connection: experience contributes to growth when it is both well executed and personally meaningful.
The following ten brands serve Belgian customers across technology, finance, retail, mobility and home life. The selection combines recent independent recognition with examples highlighted in Belgian CX research. It is not a definitive ranking and it does not imply that the companies themselves must be Belgian.
Research note. NIQ’s 2026 Best Brands research surveyed more than 4,000 Belgian consumers across 271 brands. Kantar Belgium’s CX benchmark evaluates more than 64 brands through execution, connection and emotion. View Kantar’s CX spotlight
Samsung
Samsung won both Best Experience Brand and Best Overall Brand in Belgium’s 2026 Best Brands Awards. NIQ highlighted the way the brand connects innovation with human-centred experiences across physical and digital touchpoints. The useful CX lesson is that an ecosystem becomes valuable only when customers can move through it naturally. Devices, services, retail and support should feel connected from the customer’s perspective, not merely from the organisation chart.
Argenta
Argenta is one of the brands Kantar Belgium associates with a distinctive customer promise: being there for customers. It has also received sector recognition from Customerfriendly.be. In financial services, presence is not simply about branch coverage or response speed. It is about making advice understandable, taking ownership and offering reassurance. Argenta shows how a clear service promise can guide behaviour across channels.
IKEA
Kantar’s Belgian CX work uses IKEA as an example of a brand whose distinctive experience is built around inspiring customers. That promise appears in room settings, planning tools, product information and a journey that moves from ideas to practical execution. IKEA demonstrates that inspiration is most effective when customers are given the tools, availability information and support needed to turn possibility into progress.
Yves Rocher
Kantar identifies Yves Rocher with the promise of treating each customer with special attention. Beauty retail gives brands many opportunities to personalise the experience through consultation, discovery, loyalty and aftercare. The broader lesson is to make recognition useful rather than decorative: customer knowledge should shape advice and reduce effort, while still respecting choice and privacy.
Colruyt
Colruyt was the 2026 Best Brands category winner for FMCG retail in Belgium. Its appeal is closely connected to value, efficiency and a proposition customers can recognise. Grocery shopping is repetitive, so small moments of friction accumulate quickly. Colruyt’s example highlights the importance of operational consistency, transparent value and a store journey designed around an everyday customer mission.
bol.com
bol.com won the electro retail category in Belgium’s 2026 Best Brands Awards. Its marketplace brings a very large range of products into a journey that aims to remain searchable, predictable and convenient. The CX lesson is that scale must be translated into confidence. Clear product information, delivery expectations, account visibility and support all help customers navigate choice without carrying the platform’s complexity themselves.
Philips
Philips led two 2026 Belgian Best Brands categories: food preparation and personal care. Across both, the experience extends beyond the product to instructions, routines, maintenance and confidence in use. Philips shows how brands can improve CX by helping customers obtain the intended outcome. Guidance and support should be designed around what the person is trying to achieve, not only around the technical specification.
Hubo
Hubo was the 2026 category winner for DIY and garden. Customers in this sector often arrive with incomplete information, a practical constraint or a project that spans several purchases. A standout experience makes it easier to find the right materials and access informed advice. Hubo’s lesson is to connect content, availability and employee expertise around the project, rather than leaving customers to assemble the solution alone.
Miele
Miele won the large-appliances category in the 2026 Best Brands study. The customer relationship can last for years and may include delivery, installation, use, care and repair. This makes post-purchase support central to perceived quality. Miele’s example illustrates how a brand promise is tested after the sale, particularly when a product is essential to the household and a problem needs rapid, competent resolution.
BMW
BMW led the automotive category in Belgium’s 2026 Best Brands Awards. Automotive CX combines an emotional purchase with an extended ownership journey involving digital services, maintenance and retailer interactions. The brand’s relevance lies in orchestrating those moments as one relationship. Premium experience depends on continuity: the customer should not have to reintroduce themselves or reconstruct the history at every touchpoint.

The brands are presented as editorial examples, not as a new cross-market ranking. Selection reflects recent independent research and the practical CX lesson each brand illustrates. Rankings use their publishers’ own methodologies and should not be treated as directly comparable.
